This is being developed to assist home sellers and home buyers get access to a real estate agent that will sell or get a buyer for a reduced commission. It is illegal to fix commissions. The commission is negotiated and can be set much lower than the 3% that is standardly assumed in today's real estate transactions.

Since Housing prices skyrocketed in the 1970s real estate prices have been going up. Real estae sells for 10x what it used to and yet we have been paying the same percentage rate to buy and sell real estate. The cost to sell a $500,000 dollar home is $30,000 just in commissions alone. Why not cut that in half?
